Halo Medix Clinic card

These pages are clinic cards for labelled reading - Halo Medix does not prescribe, dispense, or sit in for the person who holds your chart. Open the lens disclaimer

Rules the desk can be held to

Printed here so readers can quote them back at us.

Sourcing

Every clinical number on this site - dose, half-life, response rate, contraindication - must trace to the current FDA prescribing information or to a named primary source. Cards list their sources at the foot of the page. A claim that cannot be sourced gets cut, however useful it sounds.

Independence

The desk accepts no money, samples, or review copies from pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, or pharmacies. There are no affiliate links and no sponsored pages. Brand names appear only to identify molecules the way patients meet them on a box.

Dating and revision

Every card carries a visible review date beside its snapshot. When a label is revised, the page returns to cross and the date moves. An undated page is a broken page - report it.

Corrections

Errors are corrected in place and the review date updated. Substantive corrections - a wrong dose, a missed interaction - are noted on the page itself. Write to [email protected]; correction mail is answered before anything else.

Limits

These are educational clinic cards. They do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace the clinician who can see your chart. The lens disclaimer states this at full length.
