Halo Medix Clinic card

These pages are clinic cards for labelled reading - Halo Medix does not prescribe, dispense, or sit in for the person who holds your chart. Open the lens disclaimer

Write the lens desk

Halo Medix is a small Montreal desk, not a clinic or a pharmacy. We cannot prescribe. We do read every message about the cards themselves.

What belongs in the mailbox

A factual error, a label that moved since the last review, a broken outbound link, or a question about how a lock was sourced. If you flag something that is wrong, we fix it and date the change. Those are the letters the desk exists to answer.

What the mailbox will not do

We cannot pick a tablet for you, change your milligrams, read your symptoms, or act as a second opinion. There is no examination on the other end of the email. For your own treatment, the prescriber or pharmacist who can see the chart is the safe place. In an emergency, use the local emergency number, not a website.

Privacy of a letter

We keep correspondence only as long as it takes to deal with it, and we never add you to a list you did not ask for. See the privacy notice for the detail.
